An easy-to-follow, high-energy fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting, all set to music you actually know. Think Drake, Dua Lipa, Latin and Afrobeats. With only 4 moves per routine, you'll be able to follow along from your very first class and still burn up to 600 calories. The lights are kept low so you can go all out without feeling self-conscious, it's more nightclub than gym floor.

Do I need dance experience to join The Jungle Body Sydney?

Not at all. Jungle Body is designed for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels, especially those with two left feet. The routines are simple and repetitive by design so anyone can follow along, and the low-light studio makes it easy to just move without worrying about what you look like. Many of our Jungle Body Babes had never done a fitness class before walking through our doors.

Classes run for approximately 45 minutes. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early, latecomers may not be admitted once the class has started.
